Counterfeit

SAM Medical has been and is actively working with U.S. Customs and Border Patrol, the FDA and other agencies to prevent counterfeit product from being sold on unauthorized websites. For the safety of our customers, first responders and those who the first responders serve, and for the protection of SAM Medical’s reputation in the marketplace, we wish to remind consumers that, if a deal seems too good to be true, it most likely is.

SAM Medical products sold at auction websites or airsoft websites at bargain prices are suspect of being counterfeit. In addition, look alike products that do not bear the SAM Medical name and logo are likewise suspect of being counterfeit. We encourage buyers to be cautious. We are also aware that some online sellers are using bait and switch tactics by posting an image of genuine product but filling orders with inferior counterfeit product. Using a counterfeit product adds additional risk to military, EMS, and law enforcement consumers who unknowingly use the inferior product in high risk situations.
